Prices on Icelus Clothing are including VAT and excluding shipping costs. The shipment costs are automatically calculated by our system before proceeding to payment. Of course this varies by country of destination.
- For orders over € 69.90 you pay NO shipping. Every order within the Netherlands will be sent to you free of charge to your desired delivery address. The total purchase price upon return should be above the € 69.95, otherwise the shipping at € 3.95 will still be charged.
- The order is always delivered to the address which you have identified as your billing address, unless you have specified in the order that the order to a different delivery address is to be delivered from the billing address. If you have ordered multiple items and one of these articles does not appear to be immediately available, the items in stock will be reserved until your order is complete.
We strive to provide products that are ordered on weekdays before 17:00, to provide the following (working) day. If we can not supply you will be informed on time.
The delivery varies by product and size. In addition, the delivery may be different if you pay using bank transfer. Once we receive payment amount may have to receive it, your order is shipped.

You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, if the product is damaged, worn, washed or otherwise clearly used or modified and, if possible, is equipped with its original packaging (info) tickets. Obviously not we consider an appropriate article as a supported product.
Never store items in a smoky room or in a kitchen as articles with an odor not be accepted as a return.
The return procedure is as follows:
1. Send your products return to the return address above the bottom of the page. When you are no longer in possession of the original packing slip, please add a note to your return stating your details, order number and the reason for return.
2. The package can be stamped at an issue PostNL point. Keep your proof of shipment that you receive from the employee PostNL. TIP! If your return / exchange through a mailbox matches, we advise you to prepay these as standard mail and in the nearest mailbox in your neighborhood post.
